“First off I made a mistake, accidentally sent my order to my billing address not my shipping. Ok NO PROBLEM, package gets returned to sender. I speak with an individual give him the new address, he explains I’ll be charged $8 and it’ll be shipped early next week. I ordered this product awhile ago, and granted holidays etc, I’ve reached out every day this week for an update to receive no response other than the automated you’ll get a reply. The package was returned 2 weeks ago. So I guess I am failing to understand why nobody has refunded me or just simply SENT TO THE NEW PROVIDED ADDRESS. I’ve got copies of all email traffic. I honestly think this is just a fluke being I love this company but this is beginning to worry me. Nobody is answering emails, no phone numbers etc. I’ve been waiting on this package for weeks and have over $100 invested and have nothing to show for it not to mention no communication. I’m beginning to leaning to call my credit card company and print this as a fraudulent charge. Please somebody just contact me? Charge me whatever i don’t care just communication would be nice.”
