“I have used LC demilled 7.62 brass before. It usually has a tar residue. I have had good luck just outer neck sizing and using an RCBS 3 way trimmer after. I checked a few in a case gauge, and the headspacing was perfect. I don't even try to remove the tar. THIS batch, at least mine, was 2018, 2019 with no tar residue. There were only about 20 that had neck defects that could mostly still be used for non-accurate loads. I highly recommend this stuff for accurate loads in semi-autos, after processing the necks.”
