Polymer80 - PF45 Serialized Pistol Frame Kit - OD Green Reviews

4.5 Rating 4 Reviews
I like the grip angle much more than the stock glock grip. The fact that they are serialized makes your firearm worth more than just its parts.

The fit and feel of the frame were great. What I had problems with was the metal sleeve that the trigger group slides into at the rear of the frame, the holes would not line up at all. I double-checked the holes in the frame and they were the same as my other poly 80 frames so I had to use a Dremel sanding drum to remove some metal from the sleeve until the holes lined up. Hopefully, they will fix the problem with them before too many bad reviews are submitted. Would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for that problem.

Really like the finish everything went good until I was putting the parts in the frame. After several attempts to put the trigger housing, the metal sleave and pin into the frame everything didn't line up. I kept thinking it was the trigger housing or the frame holes were not right but it turned out to be the metal sleave that sits on either side of the trigger housing which in turn is slid into the frame. The holes in the metal sleave weren't even close to lining up. Prior to doing any metal work I decided to try one of the sleaves from the other two P80 frames I had completed. I was able to mix and match to the point that I had all 3 together without doing anymore drilling/grinding. All three seem to function ok but have not been to the range yet to do a live fire test due to the -minus degrees here. I'm hoping everything works and that I haven't messed up the reliability of the other two frames, which were running perfect
