“Outstanding customer service! Received my order quickly, upon inspecting the brass I did initially find 24 bad cases out of my order of 200. After emailing customer support regarding the problem, the co-owner replied to me the next morning! He apologized for the problem, cleaned, inspected and mailed out 25 replacement brass out the next day. Now have 200 good pieces of mixed head stamp, once fired 54r brass. I'll support a company the makes things right for the customers every time. These folks did it right. Thank you James! Will buy from Monmouth again.”
