Toolcraft AR10 Nickel Boron Bolt Carrier Group Reviews

So far so good. The bolt checked out fine for headspace with a Faxon 18” big gunner. The cam pin was a little more difficult than a 5.56 to remove to lubricate because the lip is smaller.

Toolcraft makes an excellent AR10 Nickel Boron Bolt Carrier Group. Looks like a work of art. Form, fit and function are excellent.

Looks like some bling in my rifle and it functions just as good as BCGs that are hundreds of dollars more

The BCG was a bit tight to start, which I prefer. It took about 150 rounds to get to smoother fit and function. I paired it with a Ballistic Advantage 6.5 creed 18" barrel and SLR Sentry 8 adjustable gas block. After getting gas block adjusted I only had a couple FTE and one FTF in first 60 rounds. After that no issues. The boron finish is nice and easy to cleanup. No sharp edges anywhere on BCG. Definitely has weight and that's what I wanted with this build.
