I guess I am in the minority of those who had bad luck with this BCG, although I did find 2-3 other reviewers who had similar results and apparently were able to fix them by adding an o-ring under the extractor. I bought this BCG to go into a 6.5cm rifle I built, which used a PSA upper and lower and a Ballistic Advantage barrel. After assembling the rile, everything appeared to fit just fine, and the bolt locked and unlocked easily. When I took it out to test fire/sight in the rifle, however, I experienced numerous (6-8) failures to eject (the cases did extract, but were left in the upper receiver) in the first 50 or so rounds, which is no bueno. In every instance the bolt attempted to feed the next round, so it did not appear to be an issue with short-stroking. I ended up just ordering another BCG - this time a Ballistic Advantage - and the gun runs just fine now. It may be that I could do like the others and monkey with the extractor and get it to work, but I prefer to have parts that work properly right out of the box. On a side note, I did order another Toolcraft 5.56 BCG at the same time as this one, and that has worked perfectly so far in the first 50-60 rounds.

My 6.5 Creedmoor started blanking primers (blowing holes in primers) and progressively got worse till almost every single shot blew holes regardless of ammo type, factory or light loads. Bought this BCG and no more holes. The primers don't even crater anymore like they had with the old bolt in the beginning. The double ejectors do cause the brass to dent a little more even with an adjustable gas block. The brass still reloads and fires just fine though, occasionally a little more effort to resize. I have about 300 rounds through it since installing this bolt and no problems. This bolt appears to be good quality with good fit, machining and finish. You won't be disappointed.

Ejects pretty hard, but really grabs the case. Great for higher pressure loads and small primers.

I finally got to use the bolt carrier group this weekend and I'm impressed with the quality. The double ejector worked beautifully and brass ejected into a small area and worked very reliably.

Very nice Bolt Carrier Group! Small firing pin diameter works for 6.5 Creedmor and 308 Win. Used it in two builds; both are very accurate (3/4” or less at 100 yds.)
