“I have not shot with it yet, so this review is just on the product as received. It showed up in a plain plastic bag with a sharpie marker hand written "x39 DCC" (I assume it meant DLC). The BCG has no markings on it to tell me if it is truly a Toolcraft or some other off-brand. The finish/coating on the bolt carrier is very smooth but it looks very thin as it is not uniform in color all over (light spots). I thought the bolt itself was to be DLC also, but it does not appear to be anything more than a Nitride coating (although as I re-read the product description, it doesn't say what the coating on the bolt is). Anyhow, I hope it works and cleans as is described in the product info... we shall see.”
“Top quality BCG. Functioned in my 7.62x39 AR15 flawlessly. Includes an extended firing pin for positive ignition of hard Russian primers. Carrier itself has very smooth DLC coating that wipes clean with just a few paper towels. Highly recommended.”
