“The hair itself is good quality , and exactly what I expected once I opened it. No issues with the actual product.
However, I did pay for expedited shipping and it took over two weeks to arrive, which was really disappointing. On top of that, the box showed up crushed. Thankfully the hair inside was fine, but the packaging definitely didn’t reflect the price point or shipping upgrade.
This order was for me personally, so it was more of an inconvenience than anything. But as a hairstylist who works with extension clients, timing is everything. If I had ordered this for a client and promised them their install based on expedited shipping, this delay would have put me in a really difficult and unprofessional position through no fault of my own.
Great hair, but shipping and packaging definitely need improvement, especially for professionals who rely on accurate delivery timelines.”

“I was getting these for my client in an 18 It worked beautifully She wanted to go up to the 22s. After install I realize these are more of a root smudge on a 22 then an actual ombre I need to lighten the ends of her natural hair quite a bit to blend in the ratio for me is off. I feel like there should be more brown on the 22s as well as more blonde. In my opinion they just add more of the blonde.”
