“I installed the Caroline extensions on my client and three days later her hair turned pink. I tried emailing and calling babe and no one ever returned my email or phone call. Not only does this look bad on me for the service provider, I couldn’t even explain why they turned pink. That’s a lot of money for the client to spend and have no answers or even send more hair for me to reinstall for her. Very disappointed and makes me what to use a different line of extensions because the customer service was horrible!!”
