“Ordered two brand new sets and waited 5 days to wash my hair, every single one fell out. The tape is awful and it seems to only be getting worse. I’ve used Donna Bella extensions for years and always had issues when applying and keeping them in for longer the 2 weeks after the second use, but this is unacceptable to not stay in after the first use. I’d appreciate someone reaching out asap.”
