“I have been a babe customer for over a year. They are my favorite brand for extensions. I love everything about their quality and longevity. I have never had an issue with any of their products. Except this one. I am at a loss for words on how awful this set is. Installation was done less then 12 hours ago and these look like they are 5 years old and were left out in the desert. I have never experienced such a thing before. I can see them frizzing before my eyes. I blended them with a previous babe set that I ordered about two months ago. Which still feel brand new. The difference in quality is astounding. And they are the same color. I am not sure what went wrong but I strongly suggest do not buy this type until they figure out what went wrong with the batch number.”
