“Being atop a Glacier is something you can’t really describe, you should just do it. Franz Josef is a beautiful town snuggled beneath some of the most spectacular landscape in the world and the people there seem to be exuding the same sense of peace the mountains around him with. Our guides were surprised to meet a Kiwi walking the glacier and I’m surprised it took me so long! I’ll be recommending every Kiwi get off their backsides and see their glaciers before they’re gone and only their German friends will be telling the tales of walking Fox and Franz Josef.”

“So i’ve booked with you and received and email confirmation about the tour. Happy. Result that when i get there to do the helihike, i didnt have any reservation at all. I’ve received an email from them (fj Guide) warning me that you do not have live books, so when i’ve booked with you, there wasnt available spots. The problem was that their email came in spam, junk e-mail. I’ve never seen it. And i couldnt do the helihike. So, u made me very sad. Never again.”
