“I absolutely loved the staff and how they handled everything. I felt completely safe with them and they took us around on the glacier very carefully while being informative. The hot pool, MUST DO!”
“I do know that the Franz Josef Heli Hike often is cancelled due to the weather conditions. Though I’ve been charged the money from backpackerdeals before I even was told if the Heli Hike was gonna operate or not. Unfortunately it didn’t operate, and I think it will be a longer process to get the money refunded. Though I did reschedule my Heli Hike to the 21st of December, but I wonder if I can get my money back after that long time, in case the Heli Hike is cancelled again?
