I booked a 08:45 "heli hike" from this site, the site says there are 8 places left for this hour, so i booked...
I drove for 6 hours to get near the departure site, while driving, the company sent me an email that there isn't place available at this hour, and if i want to change the hour it will be for 13:00 and need to respond to the email asap to lock the places? which i obviously couldn't(!) because i was driving to get to the site before night time. A phone call is the minimum thing the company needs to make to the costumer if he doesn't replay after a reasonable time(i got the email about the request to change the time 5 hours after!!! i booked from this website)
And yes, the site does says: "Please note that the bookings are processed manually. Booking will be confirmed only once confirmed by the tour operator; and yet, it does says "there are 8 places available" (my native language is not english and maybe I'm a bit naive), so i would say it's a bit tricky for some people.
AND WHILE I'M WRITING THIS COMMENT, THIS SITE STILL SHOWS: "there are 6 places left", which there isn't of course...
please go to this attraction because i think it's great but maybe think about booking from the original company and not from third party company next time because i wish you won't experience what i had.
