“We were supposed to jump at 10 a.m. but because of the unpredictable weather, we were suspended for 4hrs and then told we had to reschedule. Two weeks later, we were supposed to jump at 8:00 am. We found the park and it was really raining. We were told to WAIT for two hours to get another update. We asked for a rescheduling because the weather looked like we could have gotten better, but we were told that we would have to pay $ 110 each to reschedule. Absolutely awesome experience. We moved from Sydney to Wollongong twice and spent two full Sundays because the area could not understand that it was raining = no skydiving. This company has absolutely no time for you or agrees with you. Don't waste your time guys.”

“I made the jump and the jump was great. However, I booked a 1 pm slot time and skipped at 3pm. My pastor, a little boy, M, who seems very prejudiced (probably not, but that‚Äôs what I heard), told me I didn‚Äôt touch him and said he didn‚Äôt like Asia. His instructions were vague as I had not given him a signal when I was able to extend my arms to enjoy a free fall while all of my friends ‚Äôinstructors were beautiful and I gave them a signal just after I got off the plane. (I found the videos as evidence) However, all my friends got a chance to carry their own parachute while I was not given one. I understand that a different instructor has got a different style but something should be about the same customer experience when you charge a higher price. Lastly, all my photos and video are bad, only 2 of my clear face with a very small part of Wollongong, while most of them shoot at the pastor's arm, on his face, behind my head, in a parachute bag. What I just want to say is that if you charge such a high price, the instructor should be a good camera man while also a good diver. Skydiving was great, it was as fun as my first jump, but all the jumping is not as fun for me as it is discriminatory, disrespectful and the coach just wants to finish his job quickly and take the day to give up customer information.”

“It is a must do adventure in your life. incredible experience and unforgettable moments. A special mention to mack & dJ who was our guides, you guys nailed it. We really enjoyed the whole process and i got an opportunity to control the parachute (thanks mack), the experience was majestic. You guys made our day, once again a special thanks to them who made us comfortable thanks”

“Redemption was easy by just show it to the staff when the bus arrive at the station. Location for pick up is actually very near to central train station and it at George street. My guide was tomy and he a very nice and friendly guy.”

“. Whilst he didn't jump on his slotted day he did get in the following day . The crew at Wollongong were incredible as were the booking team. Kept us informed all the time, really Appreciate the service - thanks a lot”
