“Certainly the worst communication I ever saw from the company while on Holiday. I do not recommend this company at all if it is from Sydney. They literally spent the rest of our day but could have avoided it with a 30 second email.”

“I was looking forward to the sky, because I had done it before in Dubai and it was an amazing experience. And Australia is known for its amazing experiences and adventure games. But unfortunately he was very disappointed with everything that happened in Skydive Australia- Wollongong. Even though we got there at 11-11: 15am, they kept pushing our jump and we ended up jumping at 1: 45-2pm. And even though we've been waiting a long time we were looking forward to the pictures and videos at the end of it, but the quality was used in pixels too and it wasn't good, and in most of my photos I wasn't there, or it was in the back of my head. The staff were polite and nice but the wait was too long and the photos and video were of very poor quality. Other than that the view was appealing.”

“When I arrived at the skydiving place we weren’t aware that we had to pay extra money for booking with an outside source. I booked with your agency because it was cheaper than booking through the source. With the extra money you were close to costing more. I will not be using backpacker deals again.”
