“Had my 1st Dive at the great barrier reef. Crew was competent and really good. But the highlight was that dive and the extremely knowledgeable and helpful dive Instructor, Dave. His introduction was also quite funny in a way. Just a fantastic tour, food was great, team was amazing, Just do it and book it, you wont regret it.”

“A must do day trip for everyone when in Cairns. Amazing experience, so well run. The crew onboard who were really friendly and could not have been more encouraging! Definitely worth it.The boat is comfortable enough with many areas to chill out. They thoughtfully have sea sick tablets in hand for purchase. I would do this trip one more time with Down Under.”

“Delightful coral reefs! The staff were very helpful and friendly. I read the reviews before boarding. Some reviews say that the boat is not doing well in the coral reef. That is not true. Also, This is a very managing company. I think they are doing the real thing they can do on this reef. The only thing I wanted to draw attention to was: there was a big wind when the boat was driving. Please hold any of your personal belongings and secure them with trash. I actually grabbed an empty water bottle on the second deck. I believe that was not the person who deliberately threw it anywhere. It would be just wind. But suppose that from time to time a person experiences something that has fallen into the sea because of their careful listening. Thank you to all the team members for your great work too !! I can‚Äôt recommend these people enough!”

“This has been a very effective and efficient staff with friendly staff. Recommend young people to use snorkel but for those with more experience you may find it very difficult. The food was good but it would recommend giving it a soft free drink too. Another suggestion would be to do more education on the rocks and how everyone can get involved in conservation efforts. They spend a lot of time trying to sell but which attracts a lot of trench and they have to work a little harder to educate about the effects of human activities on coral death. All in all a good day but I definitely felt like a cow unlike the little work I have been doing in Hawaii.”

“A great day on the reef with a really caring team who are knowledgeable , organized and focused on being safe and ensuring you're having fun. We swam with a turtle and got to see many variety of tropical fish. I recommend this day trip (arrive at the terminal by 715am to check in) and return to the wharf in Cairns by 4pm.Staff were friendly enough , funny and really helpful!!! Great cruise for locals and visitors who would like an opportunity to spy turtles, large fish and some jellies! Definitely great value for your money.”

“Had an amazing day out on Evolution visiting Hastings and Saxon reefs snorkelling. The crew were fantastic , and the lunch was great. Food on board was really awesome and all the amenities you could need. We couldn‚Äôt praise the tour enough for our 1st trip out to the reef. Hot tip make sure to you use the anti-fog spray in your glasses, makes it so much more enjoyable! Thanks a lot team! We can‚Äôt wait to come back to cairns to do it once more!”

“I loved meeting the Great Barrier Reef and Down Under on the Evolution. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, a photographer available on board with your underwater photos, now I have been converted to scuba diving and I will do so much more, scared before I go down. 5 stars by all means. Thank you very much.”

“So well-organised and a extremely professional crew. Suits all kinds of group types from couples to families. I can't imagine how you could come to Cairns and not actually visit the Great Barrier Reef. It's a bucket list must do for everyone. This company was fantastic. Thank you very much. Martin & Sera highly recommend to do this as many of our fellow travellers were not feeling great with the motion and by then it‚Äôs plan B which is of course, a paper bag (Quoted from the staff üòú) The reefs themselves were full of such amazing marine life. We got some amazing underwater photos taken by their photographer! Clean and well kept boat and snorkel equipment. All in all, would really highly recommend the evolution and its staff!!!!!!”
