“We had such a great time with Kaitiaki Adventures! The staff were friendly and professional. They gave the participants an option of hiking around or staying on the raft before the falls which was good. We stayed for the full experience and had an amazing adventure. The orientation + prep for gear was a bit rushed, I think because one of the buses came back late. All is good though as we still had a blast and had a great time. They have a company dog which was so friendly too! We loved that the guides showed us some side of the Maori culture and I especially liked that at the end of the falls, we were encouraged to express our gratitude towards it and the mighty River.
Our group was my partner and me + two guys and their grandparents. we had a great time with them and glad to meet the coolest grandma and grandpa in the world!
