Such an amazing day on the island! Started with lunch of a wrap and bag of crisps with diluted juice then went straight into kayaking and snorkelling. The amount of fish in the wrecks was the most surreal experience ever! Then we went sand boarding where we had multiple opportunities to board down the steep dunes. Very well organised and lovely, friendly staff too! (I would recommend taking lots of snacks and water for the day)

For the price you pay for the trip the company should be able to afford some new equipment. The wetsuits are full of tears and rips, the life jackets are all ripped and have exposed foam as well as broken buckles - honestly a liability for the company to even give them for use. The sand boards are no better than a floor board and you rub a candle on to “wax” the boards before each run. Additionally, we needed to pay an extra $70 for the ferry fee which was not stated before we paid online (it was stated on receipt but that was after the payment), not impressed with that hidden fee. Overall the trip was fun though. They split the group in two, and I do wish I had the choice to do the activities in a different order. Water conditions were not great but can’t do anything about that. Lunch had enough variety to please everyone. Would totally do Moreton again, but not with this tour.

It was an amazing experience except things are rushing a bit as ferry needs to leave at 2:30. Will be better if we are given like an extra hour to do whatever we want.

Loved this tour! The activities felt a bit rushed, but we got to see some amazing fish and enjoyed the sand dunes.

Great to do kayaking and snorkelling around the shipwrecks, saw so many colourful fish. It was a bit windy out on the sea in the kayak so it took on a lot of water and our kayak sunk - it took about 5 mins for the staff to notice us and pick us up! Luckily we were protected by the shipwreck but if it were an emergency, it took them far too long to notice (we put our paddles in the air as had been instructed). Great experience on the sand dunes, would definitely recommend doing this! Overall we had a good day but its only about 4 or so hours actually spent on moreton island due to the time on ferry and getting off etc so just good to be aware of that.
