“Shane was an excellent guide , Straddie was a stunning island, an excellent quick island adventure. So easy from Brisbane and therefore the food for lunch was gorgeous. Kids loved it.... my daughter and son loved the gorge walk and to form our day seating turtles in their natural habitat was just the simplest present!”
“What a fantastic day! Our guide , Shane, was knowledgeable and showed us all round the island. Some of the day's highlights included seeing 3 koalas!!, ospreys feeding a chick at their nest, a feeding frenzy beneath the cliffs of the Gorge Walk at Point Lookout, and a visit to Brown Lake. Although it was hot outside, the bus' airconditioning gave us a break”
“We booked a daytour with frazer island tours. we drove all day in very full tourist bus through the island. we only left 4 times the bus,but 2times for less than short 10 minutes and a couple of times for max. a 1/2 hour, the remainder of the day we spent on the complete tourist bus. we wouldn't recomend this trip and it had been totaly not well worth the money!”
“To start the day, we waited at their office for 45 minutes for the bus which was too late to catch the ferry we were alleged to get on . Once we need to the island, we waited more thanks to some people missing the bus/ferry then a drag with an individual on the bus. So after checking in with them at 8am, it had been almost 11am before we need to see anything on the island.”
“We did the 1 day Fraser Island tour- 210AUD each. Not the great experience Um afraid. Coach late in collecting us, bus had no air con although we did get a alternative bus!”
