“Hello, I'm disappointed with Backpackers as when we arrived at Real Journeys for the tour, they did not have a record of my booking. Needless to say, this was very concerning. The Real Journey's agent immediately called their wholesale department to see if they had missed the booking. Again, no record of the booking. Finally, the agent called Backpackers and asked them to sort it out with Real Journey's wholesale dept. They were kind enough to allow us on the 2:00 tour at the last minute because 2 other people did not show up. I was very impressed with Real Journeys but disappointed with Backpackers. Backpackers didn't even reach out to me to apologize for the mix up. Not good customer service.”
