“Two days in a row (Nov 23 and 24) we were told they were flying due to low clouds, even though the sky was clear in Queenstown on the first day. On the second day I was told that they no longer had seats at the end of the day but were given a number of other flights, which were very expensive. I flew with the second company Nov 24and we had an amazing time. Now Milford Sound Flights wants us to be a show and refuses to return our money on a canceled flight. Hopefully it is a mistake and you are still working on a refund through Goway Travel but be careful. It's very frustrating to feel like you're lying.”

“This was a birthday present for my husband and me. Previously I was traveling with Glenorchy Air in Autumn so making a winter and snow flight was on my bucket list. The pilot was amazed and kept both of us in the boat with all the details of our glaciers, lakes, and peaks. The small planes are not for the faint of heart but I felt completely safe there. We took more than 200 photos and the phone battery was removed when we came to the Testament of wonderful ideas. Do it :) It was really fun!”

“The beautiful airplane the magnificent airplane was amazing. We have visited Milford Sound before but were amazed at the scenery. Jackson took us back and was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Some amazing ideas - can be very commendable.”
