Great value for money!! To buy a return with cruise whitsundays you pay around 122 dollar anyway so to pay 10 dollar more amd get a lunch that's normally around $30 is great !! We loved it. Plenty of time on the island to explore. We walked all the way to Passage Peak - highest point on the island - then to hideaway Bay amd then to the resort beach - saw a Stingray and turtle etc. Then walked over to the marina and had a Chicken Parmi each which was massive amd tasted Great would have defiantly spent more on food if booked the transfer to the island separately so for us was definitely worth it !!

Nice place to visit. Golf carts were great to use for exploring the island. Lunch was good. Beach and pool were great for lounging.

The tour was very easy to book but on reflection a bit pricey. We found out that we were able to book transfers ourselves which were only $61.90pp and although lunch was also included, it was only 1 main meal pp (no drinks) and wasn't worth $74. Hamilton Island is well worth a visit there are some stunning views and a lovely resort where you can relax by the pool, grab a drink from the pool bar or challenge someone to a bit of table tennis. It's quite hilly, so unless you're prepared to walk, you'll need to either use the free shuttle bus (which we did) or hire a buggy ($119 per day), but you may have to do that in advance. Overall, I'd say yes to Hamilton Island, but I'd book the transfer separately, and then you have more flexibility on timings, choice of food, as well as the potential to save some money.

On the expensive end for a ferry & lunch, but good food and nice hikes. Lunch options, see picture
