The communication with them was amazing. They make sure to verify your print and inform you if better image qualities are needed. Their customer service was excellent. The banner came and looks amazing

First time banner buyer. I am starting a Laser Engraving buisness called Laserbee Design. Needed a banner for craft shows. Banner looks great. Exactly what I uploaded. They are a bit blurry but that was my issue. I needed to upload a higher resoulition image. However, Banners on the cheap deliverd my banner two days faster than posted. Bonus! there was a second banner in the box! Thank you! We will definitely purchase more when needed.

I was very disappointed that the proof made it appear as if the restaurant logos were clear when in fact, they were all quite blurry. Luckily, they were far enough away that it wasn't so obvious. I just wish there was a way that you could give an alert that the images weren't high enough resolution.
