“We are a non-profit and do not pay sales tax. When I spoke to the 1st customer service person to inquire, and see if I could send my tax exemption paperwork, he hung up on me without answering any of my questions. I made the order hoping to have it credited later. 2nd customer service staff a few minute later at 2:01 pm in the chat, staff could not find my order and discontinued chat without helping me at all. At 2:40 the sme day I tried to call customer service again to get the matter resolved and all staff were in a meeting. 3 calls, no help. My organization was considering buying banners for 4 other staff locations, but after this, maybe not. I ordered the banner 5/3/24 and I havent received it yet.”
