“Banners had line going through artwork, it takes days to go through the quality review process with multiple emails back and forth. Heat welded seams are weak and peal apart. Image quality insn't fantastic either. Price was decent, only saving grace.”

“My banner never shipped, i paid extra to get it here by an event that was happening right in front of my storefront to get free advertising and I never got the banner. They gave me a full refund, but they cost me way more than the cost of that banner in not being able to advertise. I was also told the day of my event when they said I would get a refund that I would still get the banner. It is now 12 days after I originally called and still no refund. I called again and was told I will not be getting my banner. First and last time ever using them. Ended up going to Office Depot and they got me a banner out within 3 hours and it was actually cheaper than these guys because of the shipping.”
