“This was my third project with banners on the cheap and as in the past, their customer service was exceptional! They were able to improve our graphics and the final product was clean and crisp. Their colors were vibrant, and the retractable banner was exactly what we wanted. I would say in retrospect, I should’ve ordered the upgraded stand as it would be a bit more sturdy. The free stand was still quite usable as our banner was indoors and protected.”
