“Banner was as I designed, some logos had clarity problems so high resolution logos are a must, those that were not still looked fine. 3 clips for a large banner should be considered. They do seem a bit "flimsy" so my concern is these will be lost or damaged easily? Other customers have indicated replacements are not available. Upgraded shipping was spot on, unfortunately UPS delayed the shipment and missed the scheduled arrival date. Company was responsive to my concerns and provided a refund. Some companies are now giving customers the option of specifying UPS or FedEx. UPS seems to be frequently missing deliveries in my area.”
