“They sold me a broke retractable banner that didn’t retract then treated me as if I was lying and asked for a video of it and said give them 48hours to get back with me and it’s been 7 days since I sent the video”
“Missing cap + slight creases about 5.5" on one of the banners...but they refunded the entire cost of that banner. Still looks good, and we will order again.”
“Overall we are happy with the banners, but the online proof was blurry and I had to call customer service to confirm that it wouldn't arrive that way. It took a long hold time, and the first time I called I waited on hold for half an hour and then got hung up on. The end product was pretty good but one of the photos was blurry.”
“It turned out nice but I have a lot of trouble with the bar in the back to keep the banner standing straight. It gets stuck and bends easily. I've called to have the pole replaced and that's not an option”
“Banner and stand is very good. Failure to deliver purchased items on time meant I didn’t have it when I needed it. Customer service (upon calling to inform of only one item being delivered instead of two as paid for) kept asking me to check the box, which I did despite it clearly being only a single item and seemed to be quite dismissive as if it was my fault. Asked for second item to be rushed and it then went through the multiple email approval process and consequently took another week or more to arrive despite having already approved and waited the 14 days for the original package. Excellent item but customer service after their (or the delivery company) mistake lacked professionalism.”
