“The banners didn't arrive on time. It said that the shipping label was created and then sat there and didn't get picked up by UPS until days later. So by the time it got here it went in the trash because the event was over. Had the banners gone out the same day that the shipping label was created they would've been here in time. That was very frustrating and a waste of my time.”
