“I love the look of the banner! The retractable is a bit on the cheap side and the screws fell out of the ends. The banner would not be tracked all the way and we had to use channel locks to twist the tiny little knob at the end to roll it up the rest of the way. It looks as if the end was damaged because it's bent up and the screws came out. Also, I only received this item and the other item never made it to my front door. I called and the girl I spoke to was very nice and ordered me a new one.”

“Size and material are great, however I was a little disappointed with the colors. The person on the banner looks very orange, perhaps their printers are not using RGB?! I am the photographer so I personally took and edited the photo.”

“This is the 2nd one I've gotten. The first one was not printed the way it was designed. I called them and sent pictures. They replaced it at no charge which is good. This one is printed correctly but the base is all jacked up. First of all, it has a very big dent on the top. The feet are loose so when the banner is extended, it leans very far forward. I tried to fix it by tightening the screws on the bottom, but they are as tight as they will go. Then, when retracting the banner, it won't go all the way back into the case. Very poor. I recommend spending a little extra money at a local printer to get it right”
