“The business cards (1000) I ordered did not look like the template when I created them. The delivered product font is much smaller than expected and the QR code is so small and blurry it does not scan. it waas not small and blurry on the created template and it also scanned. I initiated a complaint and was given a format to use to send my product in an email for review. The spacing format along with the required photo of 200 cards, front and back of card so 400, is impossible to produce. Last time ordering from this company”

“Very frustrated because I paid for rush shipping, and it did not arrive on time. I understand delays happen, but UPS then asked me to pay extra to rush it get it on the day I had already paid to rush it to. Seems like I paid extra for nothing”

“paid for premium quality and it did not disappoint!! it feels durable and the colors are extremly vibrant, exactly as how i wanted it to be. customer service was also helpful when i needed to resubmit my image cause of blurryness, they provided another proof and it came out exactly as i wanted it, would 10000% buy again!”

“Terrible service. Ordered a flag, flag frame and tablecloth. For some reason I received an email stating that you could not make the flag and I would have to start over. I was refunded the flag, but still shipped the flag frame. Now I have the hassel of returning the flag frame. I will not order from your company again.”
