“the quality of workmanship is 5 stars. Production made the banners wrong two times! I paid $80 for shipping and it took at least 3 weeks to get it right. at the least you should credit me the shipping and discount my next purchase. I am going to order severalHEROES.com flags from some where. Chris Ryall Owner HEROES.com”

“My feather flag looked great, but I purchased the all the poles and accessories with the carry case. I did not recieve the case and when I emailed with costomer service, she was very polite, but they would not send me the bag they forgot to send, so I was only offered a refund for what the bag would have been worth. It is not enough to cover the cost to order a bag from another company.”
