“This is my 9th pair of Bared shoes and as usual, it’s another winner! The colour, design, quality and style is beautiful.. and it’s also so so comfy! Such a dream to wear and walk in all day! I was a little worried about the sizing as my feet are slightly wider and I purchased online when normally I would go in to the store. The pair I received were a bit big on me so I had to send them back. The customer service and communication from the Bared team was exceptional, I even received my new pair before I had returned the original one. “My Heron are simply my most favourite shoe. They are super comfortable and I have worn them with old jeans and tailored slacks, and I am always complimented on their flattering style. I think what I have been most impressed with though, is the customer support available to me when my shoes needed repair. Bared covered the cost for me to return my shoes to them for their cobbler to repair, and then return to me. I was given a leather conditioner on receipt of my repaired shoes too as an act of good will. I have been the recipient of Bared’s good Will a few times and I really respect their business ethos. It sets this mob above the industry benchmark.”
“These shoes really are comfort. I have a wider foot and they fit just perfectly. They are heavier than other shoes in similar styles because of the footbed but I’m able to walk around in them all day teaching without any discomfort.”
