“I usually wear a size 37 however ordered the size 36 and they are perfect. The website says to order a size up from your usual size which I do not recommend doing. These shoes are beautiful and comfortable however the heel strap stretches after a few wears and there are not enough notches on the heel strap to tighten it more. The shoes are very comfortable otherwise but this issue causes the strap to slip down the heel and the shoes slide right off and don’t stay on, which is a bit disappointing.”

We're glad to hear you are liking the Towhee style! We understand the leather softens and straps become loose. You can add more holes to make it tighter, we can do it for you in one of our stores, otherwise your local cobbler will be able to help.
