“I like these shoes, they look great and I love the gold hardware, but unfortunately mine came with a defect under the thick strap near the ankle where the rubber hasn’t been fully cut out properly. I must admit that I’m weary of purchasing Bared shoes in future because half of the pairs I have purchased have come with problems, it doesn’t seem like there’s any quality control in checking shoes before they’re sent out. My job is very demanding so I didn’t have time to go through the return process all over again as I’ve just done so twice with a leather pair of strappy shoes, so I’ve had to accept the fault and move on - luckily it’s in a spot that’s mostly hidden. I do notice that these style of shoes mark fart sounds when you walk also (lol???) if there’s any tricks to avoid this from happening, I’d be very interested to know!”
