“Super comfortable. My first strap ripped after only minimal, gentle use; but I contacted customer service who said it was still under 1-yr warranty and shipped out a new strap, for which I was very appreciative. FYI, I emailed about the strap but did not get any email reply until exactly six weeks later, which was extraordinarily long...however, I'm just happy it was replaced. But a reply might take some time if you're in the same situation.”
