“I ordered Black Canvas 23mm Stainless Steel Watch Band. Instead of getting what I ordered, I received an Elite Silicone 23mm watch band/. I’m allowed to Silicone. I called to inform the company and a recording said someone would call me back. Still haven’t heard anything.”

“In the past I have bought several elite silicone bands. Recently bought a Luminox watch and replaced the original band with a 23mm elite silicone. Good move. Very supple and comfortable. I will continue to purchase these as the need arises. Excellent product.”

“I love the Barton watch band, and the concept of interchangeability. Unfortunately, the easy interchangeability does not work with my watch {Citizen Eco-Drive Blue Angles Model H800}. The curvature of the watch is too close in proximity to the cross-bar of the watch band. So I couldn’t just “fit” the band into the receiving holes. I had a watch repair guy work in it for about 15 minutes. We tried to bend or curve the cross bar while it was still inside of the band. We couldn’t get it done. Eventually, we gave up. Using pliers, he removed the cross-bars of the Barton band and replaced them with the curved cross bars that came with the original Citizen watch band. So I do now have the new Barton watch band on my watch as I like the look, feel, and composition of the band. However, and unfortunately, I can’t buy multiple Barton bands with the idea that they would be easily interchangeable. If anyone else has come across this issue, and can advise me to the contrary, I would be very appreciative to hear the fix!”

“The band is just what I expected. Goodlooking and am wearing it now. However, it needed special work by my local jeweler to have the band fit the watch. Apparently, it uses a different "pin" to connect to the watch. So, buyers should check to see if it is a problem with their watch”
