“Bought this strap some weeks ago. Fast shipment and delivery. The strap is awesome, but I quickly noticed some small black fragments on the orange side. I emailed customer support, and they promptly sent another strap free of charge. The new strap also has the same "problem" (but to a lesser degree), but I am satisfied with it nevertheless. Kudos to great customer support!”
