“Quality sailcloth band. I am currently using it on a Swatch MoonSwatch Mission to the Moon, but I will probably move it around to a few of my 20mm strap watches. It would be nice if they offered the Sailcloth in a longer strap, that said, I have a larger wrist and prefer to wear my watch behind my wrist bone, so all standard length straps fit at the 2nd or 3rd last hole for me.”
“I got it to replace the silicone watch band on my Garmin Instinct E-40mm. I've learned that silicone watch bands greatly irritate my skin. The sailcloth band with a leather backing is great and fits the watch well. My one reservation is that the band that came with the Garmin had thicker retaining pins to handle greater stress. My mental note is that this Barton band may have a weak point at these thinner retaining pins. Otherwise, it looks great and my skin is happy to not be touching silicone.”
“Out of the pack they are stiff making them kinda hard to put on initially. After being worn a day they loosing up forming to your wrist. They are comfortable lightweight. Great for everyday band that looks good and durable enough for blue collar work they can take abuse.”
“The strap is attractive and easy to install. Sailcloth is a great alternative when you don't want the sporty military look of a NATO strap, or the gaudy, tacky cruelty of leather.”
