“I bought this bag and while it looks good their was confusion as to how it actually wraps. I had numerous emails with Zach, a CSR, and appreciate that they took my input seriously. I felt that the strap was put on incorrectly leaving the raw material show up on the outside. They felt differently. They told me to wrap it with the logo on the inside which to me defeats the placement of the logo. At any rate other than that
the bag is great and again I appreciate that they allowed my input. I'll be curious to see how the second batch of watch roll turn out.”
