“Advertises Bluetooth connection for audio, doesn’t work. Bed planet only gives a phone number to call Daiwa. They don’t respond. No ability to update firmware. Overall not great for an extremely expensive chair”

Sorry to hear about the Bluetooth issue and the lack of timely support. We understand how frustrating it can be when firmware updates aren’t available and contacts aren’t responsive. Daiwa being the manufacturer is why we have you speak to them when it comes to a service issue. If you're chair is still under warranty they would be the one's to send out a technician. If you're not under warranty, their service team can usually troubleshoot the issue over the phone with you to help you get it working again.
