“I bought this frame specifically because of the full tilt feature / capability. I rather wish there was a unit that only tilts since I don't use any of the rest of the adjustable features. I don't sit up in bed, don't watch TV, don't read in bed, don't use the vibration feature, don't use the spacey nightlights. Literally don't use any other feature. The USB port isn't in a convenient spot and my charging wire isn't long enough to reach the nightstand, so I don't use that either. But I do have GERD. Prior to buying this frame, I put my old bed up on 3 stacked bricks to raise the head of the bed, but that doesn't support the middle of the bed, so I had to jury-rig support. So this unit tilts, which is great and serves my purpose. Once I set the tilt angle, that's the way I've left it, so I haven't used the remote since, though I suppose I will at some point. I didn't buy the mattress, pillows, or other accessories sold with this frame because wasn't what I needed, so I can't speak to that.”

“I recenly received this bed base (queen), and it moves so smoothly between the different options! I bought it to help with my reflux, and it's perfect. I love being able to control the angle of my bed. I took off a star for two reasons: 1. In the picture, the base is cream, but mine was black (I prefer cream). and 2. The description says it is headboard compatable, but it did not have the right holes to accomodate my headboard. The holes on the base are along the sides, and I need mine in the back facing the wall. Not a big deal, but not what I was expecting. White glove delivery went smoothly.”
