“The three men who delivered my bed are brothers and they were all so friendly and very efficient. There were two small issues, both of which may not have been their fault. First, the bar at the bottom of the bed was not secured properly and we had to call the store to figure out how to do that ourselves which was a bit difficult because my mattress is very heavy and the clips for the bar are positioned underneath the mattress. I can't imagine the delivery people will know the details of every bed they deliver, and I'm not sure this was a detail they should have completed themselves, but I did think all those details would be taken care of during the delivery. We also did not receive the manual for the bed. Again, I am not sure if this was an error on their end or if they just didn't receive it and therefore had nothing to pass along to us, but when we called Bed Planet to ask how to properly install the bar, the store employee said we should have received an instruction manual along with the bed. So I'm not sure whose error this was. Overall though, the white glove delivery was easy and the delivery men were great to work with. When making the appt, one person I spoke with was very friendly and easy to understand, but the second person I spoke to rushed through the process and I found him very difficult to follow. They also only deliver two days per week in my area, which wasn't an issue for us but could be for others who work full time. I was, however, able to request a late morning delivery (versus a very early one) and that worked out well so I was happy with that part of process. Overall it was a rather easy process and I would recommend it to anyone who isn't able to move heavy furniture themselves.”
