“I deal with reflux and chronic injuries that limit my mobility so this bed has been really helpful in several ways. I can adjust the angle every night depending on my reflux needs, and I can raise the bed up very high which is incredibly helpful when I need someone to file my toenails or put my socks on, and it also makes it much easier to change the sheets on the bed. There is a light that you can turn on under the bed as needed and overall all of the other adjustments are great. My only issue is that when the bed is tilted and you want to raise the height of the whole mattress, the bed will go to the flat position first before the height changes so I have to readjust the tilt again which is not a big deal, but also always adds an extra step. And if I raise the height of the bed and then tilt the head of the bed up, and later press the lower tilt button to go flat again, it won't stop when the bed is flat, it will lower the head of the bed all the way back down and leave the foot of the bed where it is so you end up in a reverse tilt. So again you have to lower the whole bed to get it flat and then raise the height again. You can lower it back to flat but it doesn't stop there automatically until it hits the bed frame so if you're lying in bed you have to either guess that it's flat or you have to lower the whole bed all the way back down so it's flat and then raise the height again. Small issues, but unexpected nonetheless. The massage feature is also just vibration which still feels pretty good, but it is a bit loud. But luckily the noise level of the bed when it's being adjusted is very quiet. Customer service from Bed Planet has been fantastic from start to finish. They answer every day of the week and were always very patient and helpful with my many questions. Overall I am very happy with my new bed!”
