“Comfortable mattress, we have had for about a month and have been sleeping great! We found Bedplanet had the most competitive pricing on the specific mattress we were looking at. I had never heard of them but the team was extremely helpful throughout the process. First I wanted an estimate of delivery date- i called their customer service and spoke to a real person right away who was able to give the estimate. Then about a week after purchasing I had not received a tracking number and called back again I spoke with the same help person who reached out to the mattress brand directly for me and called back with an answer. Lastly, when i did get a delivery appointment i was out of town and the agent was so helpful ensuring the delivery could be received by my fiance no problem. The team delivered the mattress directly into our bedroom and took away the old mattress to dispose no questions asked! Would recommend using bedplanet!”
