“We had been researching and looking for a new mattress for many months before we purchased a new set. We went to several different stores and tried several different mattresses before stumbling into Bedplanet by accident.
We were looking for a specific brand of mattress and thought Bedplanet might carry it. We walked into the store and asked Adam if they carried the brand. He was/is extremely polite and stated they did not carry the brand. He then stated that some other stores nearby (gave specific names & directions) might carry the brand we were looking for. Adam never tried to force us to look at anything he had in his store, he was simply polite and gave us information on what we were looking for. Because of this, we decided to ask him what brands he had in his store. Adam was again, very polite and helpful, and pointed out several brands we had not heard of.
We tried several of his beds and decided we really liked the Bedgear mattress. We then went home, without purchasing, and did a lot of research. We love the modularity of the bed. One side can be soft and the other side can be firm. This is a plus for us. Also, you get 30 days to try the firmness. If you don't like it, you can get a different firmness. Which we did because the Medium Firm was too firm. It was an easy process to get new coils and to replace them into the bed. After our research, we went back to Bedplanet and purchased the mattress from Adam.
