“The ad said I would get my bed in 1 to 2 weeks. It took 16 days to arrive, 2 days over what was advertised delivery. I was told it would be delivered by there moving company on a certain day within a three hour window and it never came all day. No one called me. And I had to keep calling them. They told me truck broke down. Said they would set delivery for next day. Driver called early set appt.,came and delivered good and left. I contacted bed planet said i should be credited 10% off my bill due to the inconvenience. The guy said he was not going to go into the logistics, and would not do that but would send me a mattress protector and he did. The mattress does sink in a little for comfort but pretty much feels like sleeping on a board. If I tryed to return it 'll sure they would not do it, so I guess this 66 year old vietnam vet is out a grand. Thanks sealy, and bed planet.”
