“I asked about how to exchange them. I was told it would be faster to buy another pair and them return the other shoes separately. I got tricked into buying to pairs. The pair I sent back was rejected because the bottom of the shoes wasn't excdptable. I just worn them down the hallway and cleaned the bottom with a wet wipe. They told me that if they had been exchanged, they would have been rejected but that would have been fine and I would have just worn them. But now I'm out over 800 dollars with an extra pair of shoes I can't wear. I feel cheated and lied to. As a businsss owner, I understand the importance of sales but I would never be so undermining and trick my customer into taking more of their money”
