Due to there being no retailers in my state, I contacted Bella Belle Customer Service (which quite honestly should not have that name) for sizing assistance. Specifically I detailed I was concerned about sizing because my size varies dependent on shoe brand.
An extremely condescending customer service agent by the name of Melissa advised me to Check my shoe's to discover their size. Amazing, I obviously am too stupid to consider that myself.
So, after getting a little desperate, I decided i'd go down to a local shoe store, try on various shoes and go with the size that fit most often. I ordered a pair in that size and well...
Nope, don't fit, my foot can't even slightly get in there. No chance of them fitting.
So, I contact Customer Service for assistance once again. It took them three days to explain how to send them back. What I didn't know though, is that they would have to be sent back within a two week period. To ship them back to the US within two weeks, it cost $120.
TLDR: customer service are awful, sizing is not standard, shipping is exorbitant.
Instead, i've bought a perfect and incredibly comfortable pair of shoes by an Australian owned company named Bared who not only have the most amazing customer service team i've ever dealt with, but also sent me the shoes I ordered in three different sizes so I could verify what fit best.”

We regret to hear about your experience, but would like to provide further clarification. We do try our best to guide each customer's sizing question based on their shoe size. Everyone's feet is different so we are not able to 100% guarantee it fits 100% of the time, although we do try our best. Even the technique a person uses to measure their feet can differ, which is why we don't recommend going by foot measurement.
In terms of response time, we respond to customers' inquiries in the order they are received. We checked our communication record and we responded to each of your email within 24 hours of receipt. When you asked for instruction to send the shoes back, we responded to your inquiry within 24 hours of receipt as well. Please check and verify the timeline on your email correspondence.
At this time, we are not able to cover shipping cost to ship the shoes back to us, as explained in our exchange and return policy. In our communication with you throughout, we did not specify or require that your shoes had to be received back to us within 2 weeks. If you need flexibility in terms of timeline, please feel free to reach out and clarify.
