“I am really disappointed with this set of extensions. Before I ordered these, I researched the color to see how close they would be to my hair color, which is a true bright, vibrant red, and felt they would be pretty close. I understood that given there is only one shade of red on the website, there was a good chance the color wouldn't match me exactly, but the "vibrant red" extensions I received were NOWHERE near the color as pictured, nor as described. They are a light coppery-brown. I feel they are falsely advertised, as even my stylist agreed they are 100% nowhere near vibrant red. I also noticed there was some sort of glue in them in the hair near the clips, on two of the tracks in the package. I had to cut out the glue, and paid to have the extensions colored, as opposed to having to return them and start over with a new set of extensions elsewhere. I am so disappointed with the product, and even my stylist, who was so excited to see the famous Bellami's I had purchased, was also extremely disappointed in the falsely advertised color and quality of the extensions given the excess glue spots in the hair in two tracks. As someone who changes the color of their hair often and purchases sets of extensions often, I will not be purchasing from Bellami again after this situation, and this is so upsetting for me because I really wanted to love them.”
“I normally purchase extensions from Luxy, but I thought I'd switch things up for once and try Bellami and though the extensions are great quality, I think there should be more color options. Coming from someone with red hair, there are many shades of red, not just one and due to te brightness of my hair color, the dye consists of more peroxide then usual, so when I dyed the extensions they kinda turned crappy. Sucks cause I never wore them, no do I think I ever will. I'll just keep sticking with Lucy.”
“Great quality hair but the color was misleading. It did not look like the vibrant red on the website, it was more light red, almost a strawberry blonde look, so I had to dye them twice to get the color right. Other than the color I love them!”
