“While the extensions themselves are beautiful, very soft, and easy to use, Bellami offers one shade of red. So, while the color on the website (on multiple different computers) was pretty spot on with my hair color, the extensions I received were not that color. They were actually much lighter. I will now have to spend more money to have them dyed. I'm also extremely dissatisfied with customer service. When I ordered the extensions, everything on the website said if I ordered by 11am PST, they would ship within 24 hours. I purchased these for a gala event to take place 10 days after I placed my order. When I hadn't received a shipping confirmation after a week, I emailed Bellami. I received an email back saying that the extensions were on back order and to be patient. I sent another email saying I was very disappointed because I needed these for an event and asked if there was anyway to expedite the process. I would not have ordered them if I had known they were on back order. (No where on the site did it say the vibrant red extensions were on back order.) I received another email saying they do their best to keep the website updated but to just be patient. I have to be honest, it felt like my dissatisfaction was not heard whatsoever. I did not receive my extensions until
January 9 which was over a month since I placed the order. Overall, I'm pretty dissatisfied with Bellami and won't be purchasing from them again.”
“I was on the phone for almost two hours consecutively. Bc every 20-30 mins of being on hold the line disconnected. The only way I heard anything about my extensions being 3 or 4 days later than the estimated day was through email when I wrote a very dissatisfied one to your customer service.”
“I am very disappointed with my purchase of these. The color was not at all what I was expecting, the color looked auburn in the pictures but they were a light ginger when I received them. When I do wear them they get matted and tangled so easily it's not even worth wearing them. From the YouTube reviews I had heard, I expected more.”

“I absolutely love my extensions! I was a little disappointed with the color when they arrived. The color looked more like a strawberry blonde rather then red, but it was an easy fix. I deposited the red shade i use on my hair and the color took perfectly. Red fades fast, but has lasted and looks just as vibrant as when I colored them. I recommend this site to everyone i know that uses clip ins!”
